When I heard that Lacey was getting married, I was SO excited! Lacey and I have been working together for years at Stone Tower. She was actually the first person that I met when I had my first wedding there. I immediately fell in love with her carefree and genuinely kind personality! She was just the sweetest. Over the years, Stone Tower has become my second home and it’s been wonderful watching it grow and change. While Lacey has taken on an executive role and we don’t get to see each other quite as much, I couldn’t be more excited to photograph her own wedding at Stone Tower this September.
On engagement session day, that was the first time that I had the chance to meet Will. We immediately connected over his hometown, Charleston. Anyone that knows me well will tell you I’m only slightly obsessed. Because Will is from Charleston, he and Lacey thought taking photos in Georgetown would be fitting as the architecture reminds them so much of his hometown. And how lucky are they that they get to call Georgetown home?
We loved walking the streets together with their sweet pup, Stevie (named after Stevie Nicks, or course) and chatting it up about how they met online to their upcoming wedding and everything in between.
Lacey and Will, I can’t wait until your big day! It’ll be here before we know it!!!
xoxo
