Taking the time to do an engagement session is always such a good choice. I tell all of my couples that, even if they’ve had someone else already do engagement photos for them, it’s best for them to do a session with me. It’s a great time to get to know each other and for them to get comfortable in front of my camera before the wedding day. Honestly, the TIME is what is most beneficial. The time we have together is way more valuable than any photos that would could produce. It’s truly priceless.

I loved my time with Tami and Lucas as we walked the streets of Old Town Alexandria. It such a beautiful place and we had SO. MUCH. FUN! It was so great to get to know them and have some time to just talk. These are moments that don’t happen a ton on the wedding day during all of the hustle and bustle. So, it was so nice to really get to know them. Love these two!
