Kim and Neil wanted the day they were married to be surrounded by only their absolute closest family and friends. I LOVED this idea. It was low stress, super laid back, and just so beautiful at the St. Gregory Hotel and DC. They basically had the whole hotel lobby area to themselves for photos and time to chat with friends. It was just so incredibly perfect.

Kim and Neil are both from North Carolina and decided on DC as the place where they would say “I Do” because it was a great in between area for their friends and family. Kim is originally from the Northern VA area while Neil’s family is from New York. It was a perfect choice for everyone. After some portraits at the hotel, we headed to the DC courthouse for the official vows and then back to the hotel for some time to rest before dinner at Ocean Prime. At the end of dinner, Kim and Neil treated their guests to a guided tour of the city so they could get the most out of their trip into this historic and beautiful city.

Their day was seamless, beautiful and full of love. I absolutely adored spending the day with them and their wonderful family and friends. It was such an honor and blessing to be a part of such an amazing day for the two of them!
