Years ago, before I became a photographer, I always knew that I wanted to do something where I could be a blessing to others. After years and years of prayer and searching, I finally found that calling. Not only do I find that photography was that calling, but more specifically photographing families affected by cancer. Earlier this year I was approached by a wonderful organization by the name of Magic Hour. Magic Hour pairs photographers with families affected by cancer so they can have beautiful portraits for their family.  After being contacted by them, I was quickly paired with Marisa and her family. What an amazing experience this has been getting to know this sweet family, hearing their story, and having the opportunity to photograph them. While Marisa has told me so many times how grateful she is for these photos, I’m MORE grateful being able to be a blessing to them. There is no greater blessing than being a blessing to others.
